Double Flexible Ale Extractor Float System
The Harry Mason Double Flexible Ale Extractor is a floating cask ale extractor with a double outlet, allowing more than one beer pump to draw from the same cask. Its flexible tube and submerged float draw beer from just below the surface and allow upright dispense.
“Double” refers to the outlet: the standard kit contains one extractor body and one float. Choose the optional extra body if you want to prepare your next cask in advance.

Choose the tube that matches your cask size. These measurements are tube lengths.
Choose the correct extractor for your cask
- Thread: select 3/4 BSP, L Thread or Y Thread to match your existing fittings. These are separate thread options; check compatibility before ordering.
- Barrel size: select Pin, Firkin or Kilderkin. The correct tube length is important for the float system to work properly.
- Extra Body: choose No for the standard kit with one body, or Yes to add a second body. A spare body lets you tap the next cask before moving the extractor across.

Installation and spare parts
Make sure the washers and hop filters are in place for efficient operation. The extractor is designed for low-maintenance upright cask dispense, with the float staying submerged. Use the ale extractor indicator line as a visual guide.
